Join Andres Bosshard and the vocal ensemble OTTO on a nighttime walk along the Wildbach stream in Zurich and immerse yourself in a world of sound between the sparkling starry sky and the rushing water.
The vocal ensemble OTTO, consisting of eight young singers, specializes in interdisciplinary concerts. Past projects have taken place at the Hardhof groundwater plant in Zurich and in the monastery gardens of St. Katharina Monastery in Wil and Fahr Monastery in Würenlos. During the night walk, they will mix the sound of the rushing torrent with improvisations and sing pieces from their program “Nachthimmel” (Night Sky), which they performed at the Urania Observatory in Zurich in May 2025. With a wide range of music from the very old to the very new, the concert program reflects the timelessness of water and the night sky. Works by Hildegard von Bingen, Karin Rehnqvist, Valérie Philippin, Sándor Szokolay, Einojuani Rautavaara, and Gion Antoni Derungs will be performed.
